Have you ever wondered how your friends can create or bake such wonderful cakes? Now, you too can be the perfect Baker by joining the first ever Wilton Better Baking Program Series 1 in Malaysia. Not only will you be able to bake the perfect cakes, you will get the recognition as well by holding the Wilton Certificate in Baking from the USA. With a qualified instructor as your guide, you will see how rewarding and easy it is to bake the cakes you used to admire and delight your family and friends at the same time! Your instructor will show and guide you step by step on! your exciting baking journey. Besides being able to share your delicious results with your family and friends, you will also get the joy of sharing the fun with other students in your class.

This course will cover the fundamental skills in baking and will include both THEORY & PRACTICAL.  Every student will get to bake and take home an 8” cake of each of the recipes covered and taught in class. Course syllabus as follows:

Day 1
1. Butter Cake
2. Chocolate Fudge Cake
3. Fluffy Vanilla Frosting
4. Chocolate Buttercream Icing

Day 2
5. Pound Cake
6. Red Velvet Cake
7. Lemon Glaze
8. French Buttercream Icing

Day 3
9. Carrot Cake
10. Pumpkin Spice Cake
11. Cream Cheese Frosting
12. Snow-White Buttercream Icing

Day 4
13. Lemon Chiffon cake with Lemon Curd
14. Genoise Sponge
15. Whipping Cream
16. Chocolate Ganache

Class duration : 4 hrs per session, Total 4 sessions.
